I offer a completely free initial consultation for my Hypnotherapy services. You can find out more about Hypnotherapy, the brain science behind it, and how I can help you. You’ll find out what a session will be like, and have the opportunity to ask me any questions.

Sessions are 1 hour, and take place Online and in the comfort of your own home.

I run group Hypnobirthing classes for expectant parents. These are held at Plymouth Wellbeing Centre. I also offer bespoke 1:1 classes if this is your preference. You can find out more here.
